Welcome to my website! I'm so glad you stopped by.
I'm a pastor's wife, mother of three, and an author. I love being active in my church, including playing hand bells and singing in the choir. I also have the support of a wonderful women's Bible study group!
Now that my days as "Mom Taxi" have ended, I get to fill my day with writing. What a blessing! I have my dream job (working at home, often in my p.j.'s!) and then get to spend time with my family.
I'm so excited to have another book released from Love Inspired. You can check out all my books on the Books page. I appreciate you taking the time to visit and hope you'll come back again!

Stalwart and steady, Darcy O'Malley has been by Luke Jordan's side since childhood. She has seen him through trials and tragedies, romances and breakups. They've been everything to each other—except boyfriend and girlfriend. Why ruin a good thing? What Luke can't explain, however, is why suddenly Darcy's presence is making his heart beat so hard. Something has changed since he left Appleton, and it's making him uneasy. Is it possible his best friend is meant to be something more? Dare he risk their perfect friendship in the hopes of finding his perfect wife?
I would love to hear what you think about my books. So please go to the Contact Missy page to drop me an email!
Come Blog with Me...
My personal blog, LifeWithMissy, where I discuss writing, reading, life, and family. I also do author interviews and the occasional contest/book giveaway.
A group blog, F.A.I.T.H., where I post on Thursdays. We blog about the writing life, about faith, about family and anything else that we may be dealing with. We also have guest authors and post book reviews. F.A.I.T.H. is an acronym for Following Always, Intently Trusting Him.
A group blog, Seekerville, with a group of writer friends. Entering manuscripts in the contest circuit is what brought us together, so we discuss contests and the journey toward publication. When the group formed, one of us was newly contracted. Now, all thirteen of us are published! So we have a lot of experience to share.
Branching off of the Seekerville website, my good friend and fellow Love Inspired author Ruth Logan Herne and I have started the Yankee-Belle Cafe blog. We hope you'll drop by to share recipes and fun!
Come check out the Love Inspired Authors' website! We also have a blog. You'll meet your favorite authors and will get to know new ones. There will also be contests for book giveaways!
